Our flat rate shipping is $4.95 and Priority shipping is available for $6.95.

Standard Shipping is delivered in 4-8 business days. Priority Shipping is delivered in 2-4 business days.

We ship to Canada with USPS and it takes 4-15 business days to deliver your order to Canada. 

Any item mailed from the USA to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. The customer will have to settle any import duties and tariffs in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered to the customer. 

If you need help canceling your order, please send us a message with your order number. We will resolve it as quickly as possible so that your experience is simple and worry-free. If we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. 

Our return policy is simple and worry-free: If you're not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your pet supplies, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to request a return or replacement, please send us a message with your order number.
